Yes. Currently Trekkit has developed the TrekkTrakker for the iPhone and is almost finished the  Trekkit Mobile for Android. But you don’t have to miss out.

You can upload pictures from your device to the Trekkit Website (Just make sure you create an account and a Trekk before hand) and they will appear on the map.

You won’t see the trail but the photos will be geotagged and will look the same on the website.

Just remember to turn on the GPS on your phone otherwise no data will be stored in the picture.
